Dispatch & Delivery

Apexura Golf aims to dispatch in-stock items promptly following confirmation of full payment. Where products are held in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are generally up to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location and carrier network.

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable or experiences an unexpected delay, Apexura Golf will contact you via email or telephone to discuss available options. Customers may choose to:

• Wait for the revised delivery timeframe,
• Select an alternative product (where available), or
• Receive a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on parcel size, weight, and delivery destination. Freight charges are primarily based on carrier pricing, including Australia Post rates, although final shipping costs may vary where multiple items can be consolidated into a single shipment.

At this time, Apexura Golf ships within Australia only.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees Policy

Apexura Golf is an online-only retailer. Some products are supplied and shipped directly from manufacturers or authorised third-party suppliers.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the ACL.

1. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods supplied by Apexura Golf come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund where goods suffer a major failure
• Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure
  
• Have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

A major failure includes situations where goods:

• Are significantly different from their description or sample
• Are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot be easily remedied
• Are unsafe
• Contain a defect that would have prevented purchase had it been known

These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Custom-Built & Special-Order Clubs

Custom-built, fitted, or made-to-order clubs (including custom builds supplied by Miura Golf or other manufacturers) are produced according to customer-approved specifications.

Because these products are personalised, Apexura Golf does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection or specification approved by the customer
• Performance preference or subjective feel
• Fitting or specification changes requested after delivery
  

However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Where a custom-built product:

• Has a manufacturing defect
• Does not match the agreed specifications
• Experiences a major failure

Apexura Golf will provide a remedy consistent with the ACL. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all specifications prior to order submission.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Standard Stock Items)

For standard, non-custom products, Apexura Golf may offer a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and the following conditions:

• Item is unused and has not been hit or played
• Item is returned in original packaging and condition
• All accessories, tags, manuals, and headcovers are included
• Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns may be subject to:

• A restocking fee of up to 20%
• Return shipping costs paid by the customer

Change-of-mind returns are not available for custom-built or personalised items.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Change-of-mind returns may be declined where goods:

• Show signs of use (including range or course use)
• Have been altered, assembled, or modified
• Are not returned in original saleable condition

This clause does not limit remedies available under the ACL where goods are faulty.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Apexura Golf as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To assist assessment, customers may be asked to provide:

• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of packaging
• A description of the issue

Apexura Golf will assess the matter in accordance with the ACL and determine whether the issue constitutes:

• A major failure (refund or replacement)
• A minor failure (repair or replacement within a reasonable time)

We may consult with manufacturers or suppliers as part of this assessment process.

6. Shipping & Supplier Fulfilment

Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside Apexura Golf’s reasonable control, including:

• Manufacturer production timelines
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Events beyond reasonable control

Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are not supplied within a reasonable time under the ACL.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible
• Processing times may vary between 5–14 business days
• Any applicable restocking fee applies only to change-of-mind returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, where goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use or consumption, Apexura Golf’s liability may be limited to:

• Repair or replacement of the goods
• Resupply of equivalent goods
• Payment of the cost of repair, replacement, or resupply

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Return Authorisation

Returns must be authorised prior to being sent back.
